We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, company checks or cashier's checks, and money orders. Make sure that all the information you provide on the order form is 100% accurate, since all information will be verified by our credit card network BEFORE we can ship your order. Whether you order over the phone or use on-line or fax orders, your privacy and credit card information will be protected! We do not release or sell our customer listings.
Corp./ Gov't/ University PO's are accepted, but, please do not automatically assume we can accept PO from all companies because even one Fortune 500 company is in our blacklist since their account was months over due. Late accounts will be accessed a 1.5% financial charge per each month past due and, sorry, in most cases, we can not accept international POs.

STOCK CONDITION, BACKORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS
In general, we stock popular items but not all items will be in stock at all times. You may call or e-mail us to check about the stock condition or after you place your order we will inform you if any items are not in stock.
All MLC & SLC flash SSDs are made-to-order, so, order is non-cancelable and non-returnable once confirmed. Customers are advised to purchase samples to test and approve before placing mass orders.
Special orders are
cancelable and not refundable. Product warranty of special-ordered
items is the same as our regular items, see next section.
This section is our General Return/Refund/replacement policies which apply to all our U.S. and International customers. There are added conditions concerning international orders. Read INTERNATIONAL ORDERS section below.
All claims of damaged goods or errors in shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt. It is up to PSI and/or its supplier to determine if refund or replacement will be granted.
Computer memories can be returned for exchange or replacement only. All refunds for non-defective items will be charged with a 15% restocking fee if returned within 28 days of the sales in its original undamaged and unmarked packaging box and in good resalable condition. No refund for return received after 28 days. All returns require RMA# and must be freight prepaid.

Same-day shipping is available if order is placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Time. In the U.S., we normally send via UPS or FedEx or USPS. It will be at our discretion to choose a carrier to ship unless you specify one when you order. Approximate shipping rates are as follows; insurance (about $0.90 per each $100) is mandatory and costs extra.
Because most of the orders are domestic Ground shipping of 2 pounds or less, our online shopping cart is set up accordingly. If you place an online order at our website and request a Next-Day, Two-Day or Three-Day delivery, we will reconfirm with you for the corrected shipping charges.
Deliveries to APO and FPO addresses can only be made by U. S. Postal Service.
If the goods are stocked in our warehouse in Maryland, we do not collect sales taxes unless the delivery address is in Maryland. If the item(s) are not stocked in Maryland and we have to ship from a warehouse in another state, depending on the warehouse location and your location, we may need to collect local & state sales taxes.
We will inform you if there is a need to collect sales taxes.
All prices listed at our site are in US$. As an international customer, you are responsible for paying for the goods, shipping & insurance, your country's import duties/ taxes and delivery carrier's brokerage charges. In case the ordered the item is not in stock, we may also impose another $15.00 surcharge for special-ordering for you.
Sorry, international purchase orders must be prepaid. Net term Purchase Orders are not accepted.
International credit card payments are generally accepted although payments by wire transfer or prepaid bank draft in U.S. fund is encouraged. (Wire transfers may be the only accepted payment method for some countries, such as Indonesia, Nigeria, etc.).
--Credit Card or PayPal Payment:
A 4% surcharge (minimum $5) will be added to all NEW international customers' credit card or PayPal orders to cover credit verification costs and/or bank surcharge. Repeated international orders using the same credit cards have a 2% credit card order surcharge.
Please provide delivery address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, holder's name on the card, credit card's billing address, credit card's security verification code, credit card issuing bank's name and bank phone number in order for us to process the order. For credit card orders, our bank will require your Visa/MasterCard's 3-digit or Amex's 4-digit "SECURITY VERIFICATION CODE" which appears after the credit card number at the back of the Visa and MasterCard near the signature strip, or in the front of the Amex card. Our bank needs this code in order to protect our international customers. Sometimes, our audit department may require to have a scan of your credit card on file.
--Wire Transfer (T/T) Payment:
For certain purchases and/or from certain countries, wire transfer (T/T) payment is preferred. Please e-mail us first for bank information.
All wire transfers are subject to a US$35-$45 extra fee to cover the charges by your bank's U.S. affiliated bank and our bank. Please e-mail to email@example.com when you are ready to do wire transfer.
B. International Shipping:
FedEx and US Postal Service are our preferred couriers for international orders. Deliveries to Canada, Mexico, East Asian and Western European countries are among the cheapest. Shipping to other countries costs higher. Depending on your exact address, the Fedex international shipping and insurance normally costs $50-$95 for the first pound and about $10-$17 extra for each additional pound via Fedex International Econmy, which takes about 3 - 7 days. FedEx International Priority is faster (2- 3 days) but a bit costlier.
The exact shipping charge depends on the delivery address. Please go to http://www.ups.com/us to check the shipping rate to your location; use 20904 as the "ship from" zip code. requesting the cheaper postal mail delivery, you will exempt PSI from the

Besides shipping charges, your country may also levy import duties and/or value-added taxes on the goods. It's your responsibility to pay those extra fees and taxes. Duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges; they vary by countries and will be charged to the recipients.
